London in Brief

I have not been getting around nearly enough with my camera, but here is a sampling of some of the things I have done. Note: if you're confused by the last picture, check out a Warren Zevon greatest hits album

Buckingham Palace

St. Paul's, from the river walk

St. Paul's, from the "wobbly" millennium bridge

Portabello Road Market, lot's of fresh food, and trinkets

Natural History Museum

The museum is actually a very beautifull old Victorian building

the food goes by at YO! Sushi, where you take what you want from a conveyor belt that passes in front of you

I was walking through Soho in the rain with a Chinese menu in my hand, looking for a big dish of beef chow mein

I wonder why the sushi joints in NY haven't caught on to that conveyor belt idea?

They have.. but they tend not to be installed in places like Nobu
